Home automation is the convergence of technology and convenience, allowing the digital devices that you use every day—TVs, audio equipment, lights, security panels, thermostats, and so on—to work together. By allowing everything in the house to work together, with the ability to control it all from one easy-to-use interface—whether it's a touch screen, remote control, keypad, or even your smartphone—your home suddenly and "automagically" becomes more comfortable, convenient and secure.
If you are a business owner, you have enough to worry about without letting the technology of your business operations distract you from what’s really important. Control4 can help almost any business, large or small, create a competitive advantage by improving operating efficiencies and enhancing security. Doctors, dentists, architects, salon owners, designers, restaurant and bar owners, and even accountants need to impress their customers. But what’s really important is what the customer doesn’t see.
Management and staff have plenty to focus on in today's hospitality environment. Consistency, efficiency, and appearance are a must. Automation brings both elegance and ease of use to the customer experience. The convenience and efficiency of lighting, environmental controls, audio/video, etc... being managed automatically creates a consistent environment, which in turn allows employees to focus on other aspects of the customer experience.

I have been a customer of Visual Concepts for both my home and business for over 7 years. Visual Concepts has helped me in multiple areas of business and home automation. The Control 4 system is a bedrock of their solution package but I know there is a difference in who installs it, and Visual Concepts is the best. Putting customers first is an overused cliché in today’s marketing world, but I can attest Phil and his team exceed my expectations at every turn. Not only do they take a common sense approach to technology by explaining it in a practical manner, they also keep your budget in mind. I highly recommend Visual Concepts.
Visual Concepts ("VC") has provided audio and visual services for me and my business for a decade, and I have been completely satisfied with the quality of their service. For my home, VC networked my house with Control4 providing a central server for multiple television screens throughout the house. My home is also zoned for music and sound, again controlled by the same simple remotes and flat screens mounted on the walls in convenient locations. In addition, my lighting, heating and air conditioning is conveniently controlled through Control4 on any television, on dedicated flat screens or on my iPhone or iPad, either through WiFi locally at home, or remotely anywhere I have internet connections for my mobile devices. I highly recommend VC and its products.
Phil and the VC team are great to work with and have done a tremendous job meeting and exceeding our expectations. VC has helped Studio Calico save time and money by creating an automated, streamlined and energy efficient working environment for our employees and maintenance staff. We have used VC’s expertise with our security system, C4 platform, and even our warehouse climate controls to ensure our paper goods are stored at the optimum humidity levels. The VC team is professional, responsive, and reliable. I couldn’t be happier that we chose Phil and VC for Studio Calico’s automation needs.
I have been doing business with Visual Concepts since 2013. I am very pleased with Visual Concept’s level of superb professionalism. Phil and his team are outstanding individuals who responded to updating and troubleshooting my control 4 system at my residence in Bowling Green and my vacation home at Barren River Lake. I appreciate Phil and his team and would highly recommend Visual Concepts for all your low voltage needs. I consider Phil a friend as well.
